Filmed over two weeks in Bangalore, India, filmmaker Jim Kerns searched for the heart and soul of a city that the U.S. media portrays as merely a technological haven for American corporate outsourcing. Probing into the social impact of new infrastructure on this well known, but little understood city, Kerns examines the young Bangalore workers, their varied career choices, an ever-widening generation gap between themselves and their parents, and the double-edged sword that new affluence brings. |

Short and real
Definitely a must watch to see the reality on the other side of offshoring and outsourcing. The movie was too short, and could have taken some more time to do the justice to this topic.
